About Zhejiang Rongpeng Air Tools After 19 years of development, we have become a professional manufacturer of air nailers, air spray guns and air tools. Now we have more than 1,800 employees, occupying an area of 82,700 square meters. To meet the rapid development of air nailers, we established Zhejiang Baisheng Air tools Co. Ltd, for nail gun production in 2005. With 13 assembly lines, it has achieved 300,000 pieces monthly capacity. By the end of 2007, the new 90,000 square-meter Rongpeng headquarter will be completed and our monthly capacity will be up to 500,000 and 400,000 pieces.

Our product range covers three parts: air nailers, air spray guns and air tools. Together with many air tool accessories and kits, we have more than 300 kinds of products to meet customers' requirements. Most of our products have acquired GS and CE approvals.
30 New Products Every Year
In our R&D department, there are more than 20 engineers taking charge of production research and design. With the help of INVENT three-dimensional design software, they carry out our own innovation of more than 30 new products every year. At present, we have obtained more than 20 patents and more than 20 trademarks home and abroad.
Our Machines
We are the first company in China to import robodrill from Japan and Epson heat treatment furnace from Germany. To keep the accuracy of the spare parts, we have MAZAK equipment from Japan and CNC digital lathes. To control the quality of raw materials, we have three dimensional measuring machine, SPECTRO analytical instrument, Brinell Rockwell & Vickers hardness tester, mechanical spring fatigue tester and so on. Besides, we have 200 QC members, who carry out thorough quality inspection before delivery.
